What is Doti, anyway?
Doti is your personal health behaviour change coach. We understand that most of us want to change our habits, want to eat healthier, exercise more, sleep better, and so much more. But change is hard, and it requires a lot of work. We are here to support you on this journey and make this much–not easier–but simpler. We pair you with a health coach who helps you achieve your goals, and in the process, develop healthy behaviours for life. Simple. Our interventions are tailored to your needs and our therapy plan is built around your goals.

Doti consists of a simple, 3-step process: assess, action, achieve. Once you are ready to get started, book a consultation with our coach. We will send you an Assessment Questionnaire that will tell us more about your lifestyle. You can send this to us before your consultation so your coach is prepared. During subsequent consultations, you and your coach will finalise this plan and set your personal goals. All the while, we support you with information and insights tailored to your lifestyle and habits. These will focus on determinants of health, i.e. on diet, sleep, exercise, mental health, social interactions, and environmental factors that might affect your health and wellbeing.
Why are you asking questions unrelated to my goal?
There are several sets of questions we ask—some related to your lifestyle factors, some to disease history, and some to your goals. We want to give you an integrated therapy plan that not only helps you change one behaviour but also addresses the root cause of the problem – increasing the likelihood for lifelong behaviour change. We strongly believe in preventive therapy, which takes a broader approach to improving your health and well-being. Our questions reflect this philosopy.
